- How Can I Order?

You can place your order through our website or walk into one of our two locations and purchase.

 

- How long before my order is shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

- Are the shoes authentic?

Yes, all shoes are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic.

 

- Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately all sales are final and no changes or cancellations may happen.

 

- Can I exchange or return my order?

All sales are final and no exchanges are allowed.

 

- Why are prices different for the same shoe in different sizes, or even the same size? (Marked by Letters: A, B, etc.)

Prices are set by our customers, hence the different prices for the same shoe.

 

- Can you ship to my work?

We only ship to confirmed addresses with Paypal or your credit card company.

 

- Do you carry additional products that are not on the site?

All products, sizes and colors are shown on the size.

 

- Why was my order cancelled?

Either the billing address or PayPal address wasn’t confirmed.

 

- Do you put items on hold?

We can’t put any items on hold.

 

- Will you discount an item for me?

No discounts are available.

 

- Do you accept trades?

We do not accept trades of any kind.
