Shipping Information

- A Tracking/Delivery confirmation number will be sent via email once shipment has been sent.

- All packages will be double boxed in order to protect shoes and shoeboxes.

- Shipping times can vary and may take up to 5 business days to process. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We ship all domestic orders through FedEx ground. If you have an APO or PO Box address your order will be processed using USPS.  

- Extra fees apply for multiple shoes ordered.

- Shipments will go out Monday-Friday, not including holidays.

- Please note that international customers are responsible for ALL customs charges, Custom charges are country dependent so check with the customs bureau of your particular country before ordering.

- Customers will be held responsible for all shipping charges in case of ANY returned shipments.
